Vertrue's Norwalk location has torn down the walls that are the hallmark of most corporate locations — no more closed offices, no more cubicles. Each workspace, from the CEO's on down, is out in the open and looks out upon the rest of the staff in each department. With rolling desks, cabinets and seats, all employee can set up their individual workspaces according to their personal needs and tastes.
This open environment fosters and encourages greater face-to-face communications between co-workers and between departments while still providing individual workers with the space they need to perform at their best.
